Partnership
High School-Community
In Quebec, the number of teenagers who complete high school within five years is falling every year. The Quebec Ministry of Education, Leisure and Sport recently revealed that the percentage of students under 20 who received a high school diploma in 2007 was approximately 69%. This troubling figure indicates that we must find innovative ways to promote academic success: By keeping youth interested in school through projects that motivate them.
The Youth Fusion projects vary according to the specific needs of each high school, and aim at encouraging the participation of high school students in various fields.
Moreover, Youth Fusion works with field partners in order to offer high school students resources and opportunities that enable them to contribute to the improvement of their community and their school.
